The curriculum is designed to offer a combination of theoretical and practical courses, and teachers always relate their educational knowledge to their own organisational experience and real-life situations. This enables students to apprehend organisational techniques, as well as the most frequent problems and difficulties to be faced in different situations and the appropriate procedure to deal with them.

All training programmes are based on what is called the Case Method, and consist in simulating a real-life situation. This helps students develop a solid foundation in order to consolidate the information and knowledge acquired during the course, as well as their ability to plan, organise and make important decisions.

At the same time, our methodology promotes group work and the development of social, communicative and management abilities.

At the beginning of the course, students from every training programme receive information pertaining to the course: Contents of each subject and its objectives; evaluation criteria; suggested activities and exercises; the course calendar; faculty listing; and the general timetable.
